Cosy and welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation
We have four rooms nestled within their own wings of our house at Garden Farm. All rooms are on the ground floor and have beautiful views over the Manifold Valley and surrounding National Trust land.
Garden Farm is in the heart of the Peak District National Park and is a peaceful, quiet environment from which to enjoy all that the Peaks has to offer. There are magnificent walking trails right on the doorstep so leave the car with us where we have ample secure cycle storage and car parking available.

Deposits and Payments
At the time of booking a deposit will be required for B&B bookings of two or more nights. For one night reservations full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Where guests accounts are being settled by a third party, full payment must be made in advance of your stay. If you unfortunately have to cancel, any monies paid will be fully refunded if we can relet the total booking, less 15%. Where reservations are for more than one room refunds will be on a room-by-room pro rata basis.
For bookings made direct with us for the cottage, if you should have to cancel, all monies paid will be fully refunded if we can relet the entire booking subject to an adjustment of the difference between your original booking price and payments received for the replacement booking.
All refunds as outlined above will be made at the end of the booked dates.
